Paticipants make some groups mixed with Japanese and foreigners for each tables, and discuss about the Agenda, "what is strange about Japan!", having a franc exchange without hesitation.
And finally each group has solution or compromise solution.
（The content of discussion will be open separately）
[course of action]
1）, The paticipants are divided into some groups by 4 or 6 people for each table. And introduce themselves one another.
which strengthen solidarity of the group members.
（The number of the Japanese and foreigner will be almost equal.）
2）.Discuss the agenda in each group. Moderator will walk around all tables in turn helping ginger up the discussion.
And then all paticipants get together and search for the solution
about most popular topic in all groups.
3）. Finally dicide the best solution by majority vote.

09年から始まりました新企画「Tokyo国際会議」です。
参加者同士のコミュニケーションを重視し、その参加者の半数が外国人です！
ファシリテーターは日本人。
英語学習を目的としているというよりかは、目的は在日外国人への理解と友情をはぐくむことです。
※英語のネイティブスピーカの講師の委任は取りやめをすることになりました。誠に勝手ながらご了承ください。
尚、これが理由に不参加を考えていらっしゃる方は一報ください。
英語ネイティブは参加者の中に英国人や米国人がいるので彼らとのフリートークを通じて練習ください。申し訳ございません。

講座内容：
日本人、外国人が混同でチームを作り各テーブルに分かれて「日本のココがおかしい」という内容について遠慮なく主観をぶつけ合います。最終的にはチームごとに妥協案や解決策のアイディアを出すことを目指します。
（議題は別途報告）
＜手順＞
１．参加者をテーブルに4～6人に分かれて頂きます。自己紹介から始まり
チームとして結束力を高めて頂きます。
※各テーブルは外国人と日本人が大体半分になるようにします。
２．当日のトピックについて、各テーブルで議論を交わします。司会の方がテーブルを回り議論の盛り上げを応援しながら、全テーブルで一番交わされた話題について皆で「解決方」を考えていきます。
３．一番、良かった解決方法を参加者全員で多数決。
◆使用言語 英語と日本語
定員人数： 初回ですので希望者全員参加可能を目指します。
※参加者多数の場合はやむを得ず定員制とさせていただきます。
